CANCELLATIONS

1. PLEASE CANCEL ANY LESSONS THROUGH YOUR STUDENT PORTAL OR BY TEXTING KELLYANN AT 413-262-8437 as soon as possible if you are unable to access your student portal.
 
2. A 24-Hour Notice is required be to eligible for a makeup lesson or by no later than 9:00PM the night before your scheduled lesson. Students contracted from 10-18 lessons per semester are allowed 1 make-up lesson per semester (Fall & Spring). If you notify me well in advance and able to reschedule to another day during the same week as your cancelled lesson, it will not be counted against your 1 make-up lesson per semester. You may be able to check the available open schedule for a makeup and schedule it yourself through the "Calendar Widget" at the top of your HOME PAGE under "Makeup Credits" once you receive your makeup credit or you can have me set it up.


3. Lessons cancelled after 9PM the day before your lesson or any same-day cancellation will not be eligible for a makeup, lesson unless an unusual circumstance or emergency arises. (Ex. Death in the Family or sudden Medical Emergency).


4. Online Lessons not taken due to a loss of power or internet on the same day as your lesson due to inclement weather or other unusual circumstance will be made up. This is considered equivalent to a snow day for In-Person lessons. Lessons cancelled by Kellyann due to loss of power from inclement weather will be made up during the semester or during Make-Up Week in January/June.


5. Any lessons cancelled by the instructor will be made up at a convenient time for both the student and the teacher.

6. Lessons cancelled for any reason during the 7- or 8-Week Summer Session will only be offered 1-2 makeup credits if you have registered for 6-8 lessons.

7. Any Makeup Lessons scheduled throughout the year will not be rescheduled again if you cancel or do not show up for the makeup lesson.

8. Short-term Lessons scheduled are not eligible for make up lessons.


WITHDRAWALS

1. Students who have paid by the Semester in full in 1 payment at the beginning of the semester are allowed to give a 2-week notice or by the 15th of the month previous to the withdrawal in writing via e-mail or text that you will need to withdraw from the lesson program.   Students will be charged for 2 lessons after written notice has been given whether or not the student attends the lessons.

2. Students who are paying on a monthly basis within a semester are required to give 1 Month's Notice or by the 1st of the month or 4 weeks previous to the time of withdrawal from the lesson program.  Students will be charged for 4 lessons after written notice has been given whether or not the student attends the lessons.

3. Online Transaction Fees will be deducted from any Full or Partial Refund due to Withdrawal from the semester for any online payment through Stripe, otherwise I lose that money twice.
